If you get phone service from ATT online, can you ask that the bill be sent in the mail after first payment? I need to know because I am trying to find new service online but don't want them just charging to a credit card every month. I would rather see the bill and pay it in the mail.

If you register for MyWireless online (Att) do you have to pay your bill online? I have cell service with att and I was going to register to the MyWireless account on their website but if I do, do I have to always pay my bill online or will I also receive a paper bill and have the option of paying my bill that way? My mom is not so credit/debit card savvy and I want to make sure she won't get behind on payments because she can't figure it out lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.
leaving cingular after 5+ years, anyone agree with me? I have been with cingular way back when service up here north was just on the road! now they have been bought out by att and it's just gone down hill. here is how it went > 1.made a payment online 2.got confirmation code for payment 3.bill says past due 4.call att-cingular and give them confirmation code 5. confirmation codes are just eye candy, they have no value on any form of billing dispute. they wanted everything but the kitchen sink! goodby att......

I am having a problem with my checking account? Ok I will try to be as clear as possible. I opened a wells fargo account and deposited $160 in my account. With that I paid my phone bill online which cost me $124 dollars. So I had around 36 dollars in my account. I then got $20 from a atm which left me with around 16 dollars. I checked my account online to see how much I had and I had $16 as I expected. But here is the weird thing, next morning I check my wells fargo account and to my surprise I had $147 in my checkings account. I made not deposits or any transactions. But here is the thing, my phone bill isnt showing up in the transactions page, but I called ATT and they said that the payment went through... Has any one ever had a experience like this? Was it a computer error??
Why is my at&t cell phone service my temporarily disabled? I try to call ANYONE and the operator lady says "We're sorry but your service has been temporarily suspended due to a past due balance on your account. To restore your wireless service a payment is due immediately. If you would like to use AT&T's express payline for wireless services to make a payment now, press 1." SO I press 1 and the operator lady says "Your account has a zero balance. No payment is due at this time." I also go online to ATT.com and it says that my mobile is suspended. But the account balance is also zero and it says that a full payment has been made YESTERDAY! My dad is the one who pays the phone bill, but he does not live with us. And there is no way I can call AT&T or my dad because I have no cell phone, or a home phone. And There is no way to reach my dad because his phone is obviously suspended too since we are on a family plan. I am just baffled why my cell phone service is temporarily disabled because of a past due balance.. but there is NO balance? What can I do? At&t does not have online support. I feel stuck :(
iPhone 3G "No Service"? I just got my iphone about 2 weeks ago and I always check my statements online to make sure if there were any overage. It said that my data plan will be effective starting MAY 31st. My MEdia NET, the service that I used with my PREVIOUS PHONE, went over like CRAZY for some reason even though it wasn't suppose to. Because in my bill it had a false payment, I had to call the ATT and fix it. They were able to fix this issue, but now my iphone says that it has NO SERVICE. If anybody know why this is going on, please.
If I order a phone on AT&T.com with a 2 year contract what do they do about a security deposit? When I went into the ATT store they told me that I had no credit my score was NA and it would require a $500 deposit. I went online clicked order phone with 2 year contract and it went all the way to billing without mentioning deposit. When does it ask you or tell you what your deposit will be and does anyone know a way out of the deposit. Ive had my current contract with Verizon for a year and made all my payments Just dont have anything that helps build credit.
ATT Online bill payment? Does ATT have an option to pay to pay your cell phone bills online, like no bills whatsoever will be sent to my house. I want everything done online, is this possible?
