Accept Payment Online

I am selling my laptop online, what is the safest way of accepting payment.?

I've been scammed while selling with paypal because they issue a chargeback so i lose the item and the money. So what is the safest way to accept payment online? If I wait for a money order to clear is there anyway I can get scammed?

1. If your not doing a local transaction tha can be face to face. While still not guaranteed you can minimize the risk quite a bit. 1. Accept US Postal Service Money Orders Only. 2. Accept it for the EXACT Amount only. If they send it for any amount over you can figure it is a scam. 3. Send it to a verified US Address. This is easy to verify because you can put the address in google or any other search engine and if it comes up to a different name than you were given, or something like a UPS Store where they have private mailboxes. You could be running the risk of it being a scam. 4. Always send it by major shipping methods(UPS, USPS, FedEx) and require a signature. This will prove who and when it was received.
