Can the mobile service provider legally prosecute me for non payment of its bill?

2. no way dear..... they will remind u again and again and will say that we have filed a case and this is the last chance do not respond to them coz all of us know abt the legal system of india and for mere 1000 rs. they will not be doing such things which may lead to 10000rs to them
3. Please go through their conditions in the contract. I think they can take legal action for the recovery of debts and charge you interest for delay and expenses for filing the case.
