Accept Payment Online

payment service provider?

A potential seller of an auto has expressed to me that Yahoo Finance is a payment service provider like PayPal. In reviewing the website, I cannot find anything that confirms this service and am now concerned that this sale may be a scam attempt. Does Yahoo Finance offer such a service? If not, who should I report the fraud to?

1. I have never heard of Yahoo! Finance
2. Yahoo! Finance only provides financial news, it's not a bank or loans company. You can't report abuse for something a person says, unless of course he said it on Yahoo!. If he did so on Yahoo!
