Can I order a credit card gift card online with paypal/who will accept paypal as a payment for gift card?

I need to order a gift card (credit card) one you can use anywhere but I need to pay with paypal, Is there anyone who accepts paypal as a payment for it, from what I checked so far all the online people only accept credit cards as a payment help please

1. If you have the paypal debit card with the Mastercard logo, you can use it anywhere just like a credit card.
2. try wal mart they sell amex gift card and will accpect payment by paypal for that
