1. Ebay, the seller usually gets cheque. Otherwise...www.dabs.com has good laptop deals, I dont know about cheque though, its a bit past its date now, and fraudulent aswell.
2. Apart from e bay there are no online sellers who will accept cheques. They are open to abuse and pretty much out dated now. Its safer to pay by credit card because if you find a but goes wrong you are protected by the card's insurance.
