1. What part of the world are you in? Bell south will start a phone account with no long distance only unlimited local calling without putting a dime up in advance..ask them to split the instilation fee up in 3 portions..Now..bell south is also now going to at&t....Not that I recomend these people, for I have had bad luck with them concerning internet services adn rebate issues....so watch um they are tricky
